Honestly full of morons. My insurance company towed my totaled car there. They bought the car from me, was very insistent that the title to the car be overnighted to them and a check would be mailed to me. Now they’re telling me that the check was given to the driver and was supposed to be handed to me when the tow truck driver picked up the car. Only problem is they were in possession of the car the whole time so no check was given to a driver. And 3 weeks later no check has even been put in the mail box to be sent to me. T... read more
Check in experience of this location compared to lebanon tn is night and day. Those folks should come over here and train for a week in how this should be ran.
Always super nice staff and easy place to load lots of parking.
the worst copart. people don't want to work. lazy people work on the forklifts. i waited for my car for 1.5 hours
