Just make sure you don't leave anything in the car before it gets towed there. Had a Glock 19 stolen from my totaled car after it was taken to Copart. They changed their policy to make it easier to steal your property. Wild place with no accountability. You'd think that in 2025, they'd just have cameras installed with all the thefts happening in the yard. Office staff was very friendly though, would give them 5 stars.

Honestly full of morons. My insurance company towed my totaled car there. They bought the car from me, was very insistent that the title to the car be overnighted to them and a check would be mailed to me. Now they’re telling me that the check was given to the driver and was supposed to be handed to me when the tow truck driver picked up the car. Only problem is they were in possession of the car the whole time so no check was given to a driver. And 3 weeks later no check has even been put in the mail box to be sent to me. T... read more

Check in experience of this location compared to lebanon tn is night and day. Those folks should come over here and train for a week in how this should be ran.
