I delivered some paperwork that was needed. The staff there treated me with total respect and processed my paperwork extremely quickly. Great company with great customer service
This location is over crowded and it takes forever to pull the cars out from the yard. There is always issues with appointments too.. but today they really disappointed me. I had a 4pm appointment that is good till 4:30 PM. Around 4:15 I was about half a mile waiting to cross the construction bridge, but I was able to check in because I was about half a mile away from the Copart. Not sure about the yard workers, but office staff not helpful and have bad attitudes. First time picking up in Syracuse, and hopefully my last. Copart has the highest fees I've ever seen, and to get terrible service like this is uncalled for.
Made parking lot space small for trucks driver did not want to load kis sportege from rear of the car on to the truck but loaded truck next to me the they driver asked discretion
