I’ve been coming to the Syracuse Copart for a decade, but the last 10 months have been unacceptable. The appointment system is broken: * Excessive Wait Times: I arrive early, yet I’m still waiting 90+ minutes to get loaded. * Poor Queue Management: The loaders don't respect the appointment order. * Double Standards: If I am 30 minutes late, my appointment is canceled with no chance to reschedule because it’s a busy location. Please fix your scheduling process.
I delivered some paperwork that was needed. The staff there treated me with total respect and processed my paperwork extremely quickly. Great company with great customer service
