Loaders were quick and careful loading but office is slow the office puts me behind schedule every time I go there
My car was come with out key but on pictures there has,I was walk to office and supervisor of this lot was meet me and say go a way because there a lot people wait in inside and no space for me,after that I was go there and that people who sit there they just talk and drink coffee,one guy stay 10 min for get receipt from copart pick up Not recommended this place,workers just chill from one corner to another It’s first and last time I came here for pick up Managers also just walk and drink coffee and tell jokes Not serious!!!... read more
One of the worst Copart locations ever! 3 of my cars came without keys from the same location when I called them. The lady told me to wait. I was in hold for 15 minutes and after that she came out to tell me there is nothing she can do besides the three cars without keys I have two other cars they came with the damage that wasn’t in the photo so the driver they have is not a professional and doesn’t know how to drive the loaders. Unresponsible be-careful when you buy cars from this branch
