Was told over the phone that i could pick up my truck that they do not own. Spent $100 on fuel since that is where my insurance towed it to dunn nc. After fuel and renting a trailer its about $175. Showed up at 450 pm and was turned away they only wanted to keep collecting storage fees. Whatever the rules are i was told different. Was rudely turned away as well. They will never get business from me or anyone i tell. Ridiculous service if you ask me and they dont deserve to serve the people that keep the business running

This business does not even deserve a star. Wish there was a minus star to rate them. My car had been towed into their place. The next day, I asked for an estimate on repair. They did not call me back. Finally, I called them back. They wanted almost $500 to fix it. They believed they were dealing with a vulnerable 65 year old widow, but they underestimated me. contact is difficult as number goes to blind vm box and there is no hours of operation listed or callbacks. It would be nice if the vm message gave at least the company name.
