Rude and sketchy driver.
Please don't expect to receive decent customer service here. Was cussed at by Logan S. because i was frustrated that my belongings werent in my truck still.
I have been waiting 2 hours to pick up my vehicle. This was a ten minute task I am going to let USAA know that this place is awful. 1 to 10 it would be a 2. The ladies inside tried but it just didn't happen.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm now going on day 3 of being lied to about when someone would be coming to get my car. Their staff has absolutely no idea how to communicate with their customers or the drivers. They blamed the weather two days in a row for the fact that they couldn't get out here to pick up my car. I'm now seriously considering going elsewhere. These people are idiots.
I think the dispatch in the office in Dunn North Carolina is terrible--- the one lady in there does some of the craziest things--- will send two trucks to the same location to pick up two cars there-- why not send one truck to pick both cars up at the same time instead of trying to hurt the drivers try and help them--- if something doesn't change the corporate office will get another call on this company-- the company has dedicated workers that never miss a beat and is always there to go get the cars or trucks giving to them... read more
Their roll-back driver called to clarify our location and showed up in good time. Very personable fellow took care loading our car and even explained the process a little as he went.
Horrible services
A car I had was supposidly going to be fixed and then it was deemed totalled. Off it went to Copart Salvage with my keys along with a VERY sentimental key chain. After some calling around this salvage yard promply returned that keychain. I am forever grateful. What an excellent place. They could have disregarded my requests so easily and did not. Should not get even one star. Was lied to multiple times by your staff that my vehicle was going to be towed there and never was and then after the car finally made it there you lied and said it was not there although it had been there for a full day. If your insurance company wants to tow your car here refuse, it will be the best decision you can make if you want the process to move along at all to get an auto claim adjusted.
