Today I drove 3 and a half hours to see a 2016 Toyota 4Runner (lot #73925915) before buying it. This is a quick buy, and when I arrived at the location, I ran into a very angry and rude woman in the office. She told me I couldn't go in to see the car. I tried to explain that I had called before coming to see the car I wanted to buy, and they told me I could go in to see it before buying, but the woman just kept saying I couldn't go in. It was a bad experience.
Parking to pick up vehicles is sub par. Employees are nice.
Very rude staff zero sense of humor women at the front desk. Also falls inaccurate vehicle listing condition. I came to this place for picking up a car and I was there on time for my schedule and they made me wait over 2 hours and refused to let me wait inside the office they wanted me to wait outside on a 20 degree cold and windy rainy day I was all by myself coming out of town after getting dropped off by a taxi and my plane was driving the vehicle home I gotten sick the next day with cold flue from standing outside under ... read more
The girl at the front desk is very friendly, the gentleman of the for lift ruthless, inhuman, like an object willing not to help or collaborate in anything. My husband and I bought a fifth wheel RV and the front jacks were glued to the floor, we asked him for help to lift them a little with the nails of the for lift and as a robot he told us NO, we asked him for a phone from some towing and he told us that he did not know, his face was "Fix them as you can, we sold it to you, we earned a good percentage but now it's your pro... read more
