NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I sold my vehicle to this company even though it was a lowball offer. Nonetheless it was my decision to move forward. My first exposure personally was the call to get my car picked up on a Friday morning. The woman rep was like a robot and said that all of their tow drivers already have assignments and the earliest my vehicle could be picked up was the next Monday. Very rude staff zero sense of humor women at the front desk. I went for picking a car and I was there on time for my schedule and they made me wait over 2 hours and refused to let me wait inside the office they wanted me to wait outside on a 20 degree cold and windy rainy day I was all by myself coming out of town after getting dropped off by a taxi and my plane was driving the vehicle home I gotten sick the next day with cold flue and standing outside under the rain and wind.
One of the best Copart locations in NEPA. The ladies that work the front are amazing and always willing to help, I wish the other Copart locations in the area were as good as this one! Keep up the good work
