On March 21st 2026 my husband and myself got T-boned by an uninsured driver. I had my car for 6 months at this time and it was a 2026 Grand Highlander Platinum. At the time of the accident a tow truck company brought my car to Copart. I was told by my insurance adjuster that my car would be a total loss and that I would need to go to Copart to get my things out of my car. 3 hours lost from life. Rude people
Today I drove 3 and a half hours to see a 2016 Toyota 4Runner (lot #73925915) before buying it. This is a quick buy, and when I arrived at the location, I ran into a very angry and rude woman in the office. She told me I couldn't go in to see the car. I tried to explain that I had called before coming to see the car I wanted to buy, and they told me I could go in to see it before buying, but the woman just kept saying I couldn't go in. It was a bad experience.
Parking to pick up vehicles is sub par. Employees are nice.
Very rude staff zero sense of humor women at the front desk. Also falls inaccurate vehicle listing condition. I came to this place for picking up a car and I was there on time for my schedule and they made me wait over 2 hours and refused to let me wait inside the office they wanted me to wait outside on a 20 degree cold and windy rainy day I was all by myself coming out of town after getting dropped off by a taxi and my plane was driving the vehicle home I gotten sick the next day with cold flue from standing outside under ... read more
