My insurance company declared my poor baby a total loss. I had to take my pink slip in today to release the car to them. I was so happy they were just around the corner from my house. They outsourced two different tow companies to pick up my vehicle and take it to their facility I got it back with more damage than when it left. I’ve been getting the run around from Larewnce Chen for the past 2 weeks. I have submitted pictures of my vehicle before it left, while it was on the tow truck without the damage and photos of it being dropped off at my home. I will be making a claim with the better business bureau.
