Zero stars if i could.. Scammed by Copart and/or Tesla ins. Bought Tesla X (seller was Tesla ins) that had empty shell for battery. Was listed as 'engine start program'. Copart is either idiots or scammers. Use proper terms to describe EVs. Get ur ass on the ground n take some pics of battery. Don't trust copart or Tesla insurance!
If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Terrible communication skills. Employees really don’t give a damn.
No comments so far so good 👍

This place is the worst. The stole all of my valuables from inside my car. The car didn’t even belong to them and they stole cash, medical supplies, chargers, my car play, make up, a rosary my grandmother gifted me and other sentimental items. The manger is the absolute worst. Beware, they pick and choose what they can steal from your car. I will definitely be approaching in a legal manner!
