Last appointment is at 3:00 and you must have one to get in. Booked a 4:00 appointment on the Copart app. Showed up and was told to kick rocks last appointment is at 3:00. Copart app is the issue for letting me book at 4:00 when I rescheduled the pickup appointment went well.

I gave my insurance State Farm permission to tow my vehicle to Co part after an accident. After spending the first 30m trying to locate my car, said they didn't have record of it. But I called earlier that day and was given a lot #. They removed 1/2 my personal item and have never found them. Some items were sentiment and non replaceable. Some missing items include prescription glasses, cds, floor mats and personalized license plate frame, plus my license plate. None of my personal belongings should have been touched.
