Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with the Utah Carvana location. They do not respect customers’ time or schedules. Whether you are coming from another state, a business owner, or just a regular buyer, they do not seem to value your time at all. Disgusting customer service
First and last time I will ever use this location. It’s like dealing with McDonald’s employees
This is the most disgusting copart, terrible customer service, we waited 3 hours for them to bring the car!!!
Worst customer service of any business ever!!!! Make you wait for 30-60 min to even talk to someone. 5 desks for customer service and I have never seen more that 1 being utilized, even during the busiest times. When you finally do get to talk to someone (process never takes more than 5ish minutes per person but oh how they can waste time here.) the person loading the vehicles takes another hour even to get the cars brought out!!!! What a joke!!!!!
