This was the first Copart I ever went to 15 year ago. Here now great place.
These guys are awesome. I was in a car crash 2 weeks ago and my car was taken to another lot. I got the car released thru my insurance company. I went to get my personal effects out of the car and they help me thru this process easily. Even brought the car out to me. They are really kind and helpful.
They suck they will not pick up a f350 Dooley truck.They say their loader is not big enough.But that's bullshit because we have a loader one size smaller and it picks Them. up with no problem They are just lazy. All the co parts are the same way
Guys were great. Took me to my totaled bike to look it over and retrieve my personal belongings.
The offer Copart made for my wrecked vehicle was fair, but only after they raised it when I said that a couple of other salvage companies were being contacted. Then the biggest difficulty in getting this company to pick up the car began. It took 2 days to accomplish ever increasing demands for more information on the car, the title and myriad other repetitive details.
