If i was able to give ZERO stars, that would be my rating. This place is a menace. I have contacted them to ask them to stop calling me repeatedly. I have it noted in my account. My insurance company and I have not settled on my vehicle yet and Copart is still calling and harassing me. My insurance company has asked them to stop calling. I have filed an FTC complaint against this company, but they continue to contact me. Bad business with no BOUNDARIES.
Total loss vehicle 2025 Honda Civic hatchback no ticket they are to be handling this but I have not received anything back other than the ideal that I will have to pay for this car that was totaled because they're not doing their job and until they are doing their job I'm going to keep with the complaints
