Very good people to deal with and very helpful
They’re fast, Nice, hopeful, respectful, and and I love coming here. They’re sweet people
A Copart driver showed up at our repair facility to pick up a total loss vehicle. The driver asked if they could pay by credit card and our manager Scott said that we usually don't take credit cards for total loss pick ups but if you want to pay that way we will add a 10% processing fee. The Copart driver then magically produced a check for the pick up. Later that driver wrote us a 1 star review. Very unprofessional and very poor business manners.
If you open at 9, then change your hours to 9. It's complete BS that out of every copart I've been to, this is the only one that makes you wait closer to 9 to even see anyone loaded
