Sketchy chop shop practices. Pay attention dealing with them
I have been going to Copart salvage yards for 25 years all over the country. I have never had as good experience as I did at the Rapid City Copart. Both the ladies in the office, Shar, and Donna were so kind to me. From the moment that I called to verify that I could inspect a vehicle, to the speed with which they pulled the vehicle from inventory, everything was great. Was supposed to get my car from a tow yard a week ago. Call them several times and can't manage to talk to a human being. Car still sitting in tow yard after accident. Biggest waste of time and money
I'm sorry to see the less than perfect reviews from others about this location. I have to say, as a company, CoPart is the worst auction I've ever dealt with in my 10 years as a car dealer. I've heard that IAAI is just as bad but I've never actually bought from them. However, THIS CoPart location in Rapid City gave me the best experience I've ever had at any CoPart location.
