Had alot of personal belongings in my car that it seemed they pick and chose what to put in a bag. Missing was 2 brand new insulated cups,200$ prescription glasses and more of the little things in my console. No communication at all about if they had them separate from items in my trunk but will be calling today.
Our insurance company had our totaled vehicle towed there. When we arrived to pick up our personal items that were in the car there were several items missing. The manager didn’t seem interested and the workers are rude and unhelpful. We resorted to filling a police report knowing that it will not result in our stuff being returned but hopefully it causes them the same about of inconvenience that they caused us.
