It's the worst, one calls, they just answer and leave you on hold
Copart themselves are very nice and professional. However, they outsource their towing and it seems will use anyone. They sent a truck to pick up my total loss vehicle. Driver tried to take the wrong car (VIN's did not match.) Claimed I wasn't home (I have a RING doorbell tied to my phone.) A witness at the nearby bus stop saw him try to lift the wrong vehicle twice. The correct car was right at the corner, with the keys in it. The wrong car was a convertible.
