Super friendly, made it easy to preview the vehicle I was interested in.
0/5 As a car carrier this is the worst place. The loading bay is crooked with potholes. The driver who takes the cars out is a jerk (a big older man). I parked so other drivers could turn around and without disturbing anyone, he came over and started yelling. Remember, if you are not like us carriers, you can close your location, no one will buy your cars for 1000 miles without us. Teach your drivers respect.
Melissa at West Mifflin, PA, office was so helpful and kind on the phone, and even more so in person. She walked us through the entire process, managed the sale, and expedited the transfer of all our papers with ease and competence. The tow driver arrived for the special, early Saturday morning pickup. He was a great guy, very friendly, punctual, and good at his job! I will recommend Copart to others in need.
