Was informed they would be picking up my car on specific date. They came a day early before I could get my plate off. I called the specific location my vehicle was taken to so I could arrange pick due to needing my plate immediately. I spoke with a woman named Holly who was beyond rude. She was dismissive and very short with me. She had a clear attitude. I felt verbally attached by her. This was the worse experience I had with copart during this whole experience. Super friendly, made it easy to preview the vehicle I was interested in.
0/5 As a car carrier this is the worst place. The loading bay is crooked with potholes. The driver who takes the cars out is a jerk (a big older man). I parked so other drivers could turn around and without disturbing anyone, he came over and started yelling. Remember, if you are not like us carriers, you can close your location, no one will buy your cars for 1000 miles without us. Teach your drivers respect.
