Terrible customer service specially the yard worker “Rigo“ who purposely refused to bring the car out. Left us in the heat waiting for hours. They have this stupid rule now that you need your own tow in order to release your car even if the car is run and drive. This has never happened anywhere else! This place is poorly manage copart needs to reevaluate their employees I will not purchase from this yard again!!!
