Do not buy from Copart. This auction company allows sellers to list damaged or fixed vehicles as “clean,” which is misleading and risky for buyers. On top of that, they charge numerous fees that make the final cost far higher than expected—often not worth the purchase at all. Title processing is another major issue. This is the most redeculas copart ever, always busy with only one person behind the desk, always spend an hour minimum to grap a title. I honestly do my best to not pick up from here sine this issue is only at this copart for some reason
I kept getting transferred from one place to another. Held on the phone for 21 min. one time, and 18 min. the next. Totally disgusted with your operation
Would leave 0 stars if I could getting in contact with this place is literally like trying to preform surgery they gave me a car under normal wear and when I got the car found that the cylinder wall had damaged which caused a continuous miss fire in the car leading to it needed now a new engine so nobody over the phone is a much help and i would not recommend buying from here this place neeeds to be shut down they are not doing anything to help customers and they are lying about lot damage like what’s the point of still bein... read more
If I could give this crappy company zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to get my refund for over 3 months and still nothing. I’ve been emailing and calling and no answer. They’re good at taking your money but refuse to give it back. Beware of this stingy company!!!!
