Copart in general is one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with- and this lot is the epitome of that. Purchased a vehicle here - said it ran, but it doesn’t, has the entire ECM shot and electrical harness torn apart, yet the vehicle showed under damage “minor damage”. To add to it, title was sent signed over to someone else’s name and now cannot be registered in my name in my state. I called and written them and they will not take any responsibility. Terrible experience. Vehicle was badly misrepresented—major issues weren’t shown or disclosed. I reached out to General Manager Krista Nicholson, who showed zero customer service and eventually stopped replying to my last email. Completely unprofessional.
