An employee called me early in the morning after an accident and got accusatory because they couldn't find my vehicle on their lot despite me having a photo from the tow company. I was asked "you don't know where your vehicle is?" As if I was stupid I gave the address the tow trucks river gave me and it was their lot and she said it was impossible. Corporate company in Copart damaged vehicle sales
I would give a zero rating if that was an option. Awful company, dishonest slow. Keeping my car past the date. This is not a company you want to do business with end up costing you so much money. They don't care they're slow they don't work on the weekends. My car was towed there on a head-on collision not my choice. No one gave me a choice and now these people have my car and are not releasing it because they are taking their ever living time. They do not care about customer service.
