Corporate company in Copart damaged vehicle sales
I would give a zero rating if that was an option. Awful company, dishonest slow. Keeping my car past the date. This is not a company you want to do business with end up costing you so much money. They don't care they're slow they don't work on the weekends. My car was towed there on a head-on collision not my choice. No one gave me a choice and now these people have my car and are not releasing it because they are taking their ever living time. They do not care about customer service. I got T boned on the 6th my and I was taken to hospital from the scene and my car was towed. My car ended up here for an inspection by the insurance company. The 10th my car was considered a total loss. So I made the hour drive to get my personal belongings. Was I surprised when I got there it must be a free for all there. The change collection I had was gone my prescription was gone , my k-tuner was gone my laptop was gone which had years of pictures backed up on it gone.
