Excellent service and the employees are very nice and go out of there way to help you out.
Shouldn't have to wait all day long for one car to be loaded. Whoever is in charge of picking priorities and training needs to be retrained themselves. 25 trucks in the lot and it's backed up past the entrance. Their average has been one car every 30 minutes. NO OTHER LOCATION IS LIKE THIS.. watch them get tips from people who just get here and get loaded almost immediately. Time is money in all businesses.
The waiting time is 5 hours. As a result, I loaded the car myself. The guys who came later left before me.
