very incorrect on time arrived by car waited for him for two hours and 20 minutes, and had an appointment and arrived on time
Good afternoon, I want to congratulate the people who work at this CORPAT, especially Mrs. Karen and Jaiminho.
Terrible location!!! They intentionally have less appointments slots then the number of cars they sell… so nearly impossible to book an appointment. Seems like people only buy one time from this lot and then never again…. Called the yard to complain about the buildup of storage fees since I can’t book a time to pick up. The yard manager said that the they now started accepting walk-ins (as of March) because of this issue. That said. There’s no guarantee that you will be loaded anytime soon. Could be the next day… so get comf... read more
Jamie at the front desk was very nice and helpful. All the other staff I spoke to in the yard were helpful to when I asked where a vehicle or lot was.
