Lori at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all questions and made the entire process much easier. Her patience and professionalism were genuinely appreciated. Thank you, Lori, for the excellent customer service!
As an appraiser I being going to copart for several years and I deal with front office staff and just would like to say how considerate and professional Lori on the front desk is always giving you a smile and directing you to proper location... and then send the information down to the yard to have the vehicles pulled ...its all ways a pleasure dealing with her.. and must a great asset to copart...Wayne Appraiser
