I been going to this location for a long time as of 06/20/2025 I will never sell my vehicle's at the new orleans location the employee's are rude and need a shake up they are a little to comfortable i guess I will be using IAA for now on happy trails copart
Upon retrieving my belongings from my vehicle, I noticed items missing. These items were definitely in the vehicle when it was brought there. I have requested a thorough investigation into this matter through my insurance since Coparts was of no help at all. Only explanation is that the staff steals. I would love to see surveillance of my vehicle while in this place.
very slow to deliver titles 🤦♂️ there is no organization. it's a disaster..I don't understand why they make someone make an appointment
I have been to multiple locations and anytime you walk in someone acknowledges you. This location was there forever and had people come in after me get helped and apparently if you are a regular you get helped faster. Very rude and unprofessional. Someone needs to clean house of office staff and teach some common courtesy and respect
