As the overall review already shows, beware of this place. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle got appraised here. The list of damages did not include a completely busted mirror, rear door, and glass. Worse part is, no mechanical issues were also recorded during the evaluation, when afterwards several lights on the dash were illuminated. The lady shown in the attached photograph (photo credits to Dewayne Martin, who also left a poor review of her) needs to be fired. Fired. She actively looks for confrontation and treats people like trash. I came in 45 minutes before closing (45 minutes!), checked in, and waited to be seen. I was the only person waiting at the time. Waiting 5 hours to get the car is considered normal for the people who work here, but for some reason, the cars that had just arrived were loaded right away.

JOHNY was awesome, excellent service! very professional, patient and helpful. I was unprepared as a first-time customer; he helped me setup towing appointment and also took care of the paperwork necessary. REALLY APPRECAITED!!!!
