Great customer service
My dad recently visited this location to collect personal items from a totaled vehicle and was treated with clear disrespect. The staff were unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to him throughout the visit, which made an already difficult situation worse. After seeing how many other customers have reported the same kind of treatment, it is obvious this is not an isolated incident. JOHNY was awesome, excellent service! very professional, patient and helpful. I was unprepared as a first-time customer; he helped me setup towing appointment and also took care of the paperwork necessary. REALLY APPRECIATED!!!!
As the overall review already shows, beware of this place. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle got appraised here. The list of damages did not include a completely busted mirror, rear door, and glass. Worse part is, no mechanical issues were also recorded during the evaluation, when afterwards several lights on the dash were illuminated.
