If you are travelling from far it can be a long wait. You must book an appointment to pick up a vehicle. Could be 4 hours or more
They didn’t waste any time. Just pure work and business and that’s it…
The registration process was an absolute headache. Every time I submitted the forms, customer service found something “wrong.” I’d fix it, send it back, and surprise—suddenly there was another issue. It felt like a game of “how many hoops can we make you jump through?” Then came the cherry on top: as a Canadian company, I was told to fill out U.S. State tax forms. Seriously?
