I called ahead specifically to confirm that I could come inspect a vehicle and was told I could. After driving more than an hour each way, I arrived and was told that because it was auction day, they were not allowing anyone into the yard. This was more than two hours of driving wasted because of incorrect information from their staff. If inspections are not allowed on auction days, that should have been clearly communicated when I called. Very disappointing customer service and a complete waste of my time.
Just cleaned out our son's totaled car. The folks at CoPart Mocksville were very professional, but kind and patient. The atmosphere in the office was warm and supportive. They also helped me check with our insurance on removing an after-market stereo. I'm very appreciative of the care shown during this stressful time by Seth, Harrison, Candace, and James.
Great staff. Clean lot.
Horrible communication. Wait time almost an hour and still waiting.
