Waste of time, they ask you to sign in but let other go before.
In other locations, I use the app to check in for titles, which allows me to pick them up in just a few minutes. At this branch, however, it takes me up to an hour because I have to provide all my information all over again. This happens every time I visit.
Poor customer service, will try to charge you a $500 “restocking fee” if they have to move a lemon 200ft with a forklift
Title washed my car as clean. Customer service is non existent and the yard said it "was fine" uhh no, that's illegal!!
