They stole all my things out my car
FRAUD and ILLEGAL! I had won two items and at the last minute they changed the bidding conditions from Pure Sale to a minimum bit. I called the head office but after 12 transfers and two hours, I decided to get a lawyer involved. Take a screenshot before you bid because later you won't be able to access the item under the old conditions. I've only experienced this with Tampa so far, I don't know if other branches do this too.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF OVER $11,000 Copart is NOT A SAFE AUCTION to purchase vehicles from. This particular Copart auction lot in Tampa misrepresented and outright lied on a car that I became the unfortunate buyer of. It was a 2023 flood damaged Tesla Model 3. In the lot listing they marked the flood line 8 inches lower than it actually reached. Had appointment at 1. Arrived at 1:10. Waited over 2 hours to pickup vehicle. They don't go by appointment time just make a long line and you wait till you get to the front. If you value your time and have a vehicle to pickup here cancel it and go elsewhere
