I had a pretty good experience with Copart North Miami/Opa-Locka on today. Everyone was courteous and patient; and, they had me out of there in a little over an hour (sold my car). I think the secret is to go on a non-auction day because the office was pretty chill when I was there.
Cars sold not as described.
Terrible customer service they don't care about your time as a customer at all be prepared to wait for awhile for the easiest things.
