They’re terrible. Came to grab my things out my car before they total it. All my stuff was in a trash bag, including the trash that was left in my car. They couldn’t at least separate the trash from my clothes and other belongings. I just left everything else for trash because that’s gross. Also, the wait time is insane. One of the worst copart branches. It looks like there is no manager there. Really bad customer service
The best Copart, they delivered my car in less than 5 minutes
This business has no interest in helping their customers. I’ve towed from here twice, they will decide whether your towing arrangement is acceptable. The Mexican loader operator lied to me and said that he would let me back in after he forced me out of the yard when I needed to cut a little metal off the fenders on my dolly to fit a load on. Then he wouldn’t let me in again until the next day, even though it wasn’t even close to closing time. Try hard to do business elsewhere.
