Showed up the day before an auction because I know you can not go look at a lot on auction day but was told there was another auction that day so you can’t go look at it. I was following their rules just to be given new rules. The gentlemen just said no with no care about customer service. Since Copart has gotten so big they have lost all their good customer service.
I called and asked if I could look at a car, I asked if I needed anything to do so, and the employee said, "No, you just need an account to bid." I told him I was going the next day, went, and they told me I needed an account to LOOK at a car. I told him about the conversation I had the day before. I drove an hour to lose the day. The secretary said if I opened an account right now, I still needed 48 hours for it to settle in the system. There is no point in calling. A lot of people there getting paid to be useless.
