To whom it may concern, This has been one of the worst experiences we have had doing business with an auction. When we signed up during the NADA Convention, no one clearly explained that certain sale days are completely “sold as-is” with no meaningful recourse. This was never made clear during the registration process, and as a result we feel our time and effort signing up were completely wasted. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and paid everything in full. Despite full payment, I never received my title. When I contacted them, they told me I must pay again for a duplicate title. It was said by yard manager Marcus Shipe
