They are short on loader operators and as a result they can only offer so many pick up appointments per day. This becomes a problem when they only offer 3 days of free storage and charge over the weekend when they aren't even open. I was very polite when I emailed the manager to address this concern the response was basically "tough luck pick from one of our very limited spots or pay the absurdly high storage fees." I gave a car to a charity and Copart handled it. They were polite, considerate, and thorough. When I dropped off the title, I asked them to check my old car for my MIL's cane in the front seat, which had been left in the car when it was towed to Copart. No grousing, no problem, a guy brought the cane to the office for me. Done and done. Thanks Copart!
