I was skeptical at first, but became pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I had already bought a different truck and was planning on selling the previous one, which was in fairly nice condition when it's engine started clattering the day I intend to list it. We are not just transporters we are also heavy copart buyer and this location treats us like we are below them, have huge weekly sales and only allow 60 appointments per day to pick up. Hope complaint to corporate will fix this issue with the management there.

Really hard to get appointment made to pick up vehicle after buying it. They only give you certain time to pick up before charging you storage on it. Appointments fill up way to fast, should be first come serve like it used to be.
