I gave a car to a charity and Copart handled it. They were polite, considerate, and thorough. When I dropped off the title, I asked them to check my old car for my MIL's cane in the front seat, which had been left in the car when it was towed to Copart. No grousing, no problem, a guy brought the cane to the office for me. Done and done. Thanks Copart!

This Copart is amazing, fast loading and very friendly staff! Thanks for your great job
The group of individuals that work the customer service are absolutely horrible. It's to send your title in after being in a car crash that your car was totalled. They are not helpful and the system doesn't update after adding the documents. It takes way to long, why can a person not drop the title off at the local American Family agent.
