I'm in Guatemala and I bought a Toyota from this place. The communication service is the worst ever. The dispatcher is in charge of sending the cars to the tow truck, and they're so unreliable that the tow truck driver couldn't pick up my car because the black-haired woman in the office refused to give it to him. The tow truck driver had to leave my car, which I bought and paid for on time. This place is the worst; be careful with this place.
This corpat location is an absolite disgrace in the way they treat the drivers. The woman working in the office is extremely unpleasent completely unapproachable. They simply refuse to release the vehicles period just all off, if you ask the site manager, he couldn't care less either; in other words, here just about anyone acts like the boss except for theperson actually in charge.

I had to make the trip to Lufkin Texas to take pictures of my F-150 Engine for a market value dispute over its devaluation.. After the total loss proclamation by USAA, Co Part picked up my truck from my mechanic without my permission. On this trip I found out that not only does my engine not have the wear and tear USAA appraiser says it does, but in addition to my truck being out of place, my truck bed tool box got stolen. I'm confused as to how these people get the key locked in the damn car and tell us they can't do anything about it? That's UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME! we drove 2 whole hours for them to have us waiting and we can't even get in the damn car.
