I had to make the trip to Lufkin Texas to take pictures of my F-150 Engine for a market value dispute over its devaluation.. After the total loss proclamation by USAA, Co Part picked up my truck from my mechanic without my permission. On this trip I found our that not only does my engine not have the wear and tear USAA appraiser says it does, but now on top of my truck being out of place, my truck bed tool box got stolen. The customer service at this location is atrocious. The office employees are unprofessional and rude. Any question is met with snarky remarks and annoyance. My company has worked with Copart for 5+ years, and we’ve never had an experience even remotely close to what we experienced today. The woman at the front desk caused a scene when my driver asked a simple question- she raised her voice, it was her way or the highway, and her attitude was unwarranted. Great experience all the way around made my appointment few days prior and picked up my item no problem, kind staff, loader operator was great and the wait time for item was very little compared to other yards i have been to not my first time buying through copart and definetly wont be my last. A+
Terrible la pero experiencia de mi vida recogiendo autos por 5 años con COPART , este es el peor COPART de la vida ,el forklift no te quiere subir los autos ,el personal tiene muy poca paciencia para atenderte y ayudarte ,no quieren trabajar , perderás tu día aquí si no tienes tus tráiler y tus herramientas equipados ellos no te suben el carro cosa jamás visto en ningún COPART de este país mi primera visita y última deberían tomar consciencia y hacerle la vida más fácil a los choferes que pasan semanas en carretera lejos de ... read more
every day we are getting worse, today I missed my appointment at another Copart, I was delayed 5 hours here because they cannot lift the cars onto your trailer, this is terrible, they only put the cars in the back of the trailer, the 10 truck can only mount two inoperable cars in the back, because they do not use the loaders on the sides, every day they make life more difficult for drivers and contribute to our companies not meeting our deadlines, terrible, I lost my appointment at another Copart because they use the loaders... read more
