Called to schedule for someone to come get my car and was supposed to be transferred but got put back to the main menu.
The forklift drivers are very slow and inaccurate, I waited a very long time until they took out just one car for me

Worst place ever not responsible they damage your property and don't even acknowledge it and then basically State send pictures after they damaged it the insurance company already declared it to be totaled but there was no damage to the other side and they put their forklifts through the glass passenger side window when I was going to purchase the car back from the insurance company but not with all that other extra damage which shouldn't have been there can't believe the car was severely damaged more while I was waiting to ... read more
