My car was towed here due to an accident. I called to let them know that i was coming to take my personal items out of the vehicle. They assured me that no one will touch my personal belongings because i never gave them the title. When i arrived the staff was pleasant but when i got to the car my car was ransacked and some of my belongings were placed in garbage bags. Numerous items were stolen out of the car 😡. Terrible service for the pickup titles, This is the only Copart that doesn't work. All the others are 5 stars. They should replace all the staff.
