Best and professional management! Copart should be proud of having her. Something happened by my mistake, she engaged and followed that up very fast, precise and focused. regardless what happens, she is the best, I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right or not but I believe Paula.
I went to Copart London customer service because I had an issue with my account involving late payments and storage charges. I was trying to avoid further penalties and genuinely asked for help to resolve the issue properly. Unfortunately, Cory and Lauren were extremely unhelpful. They showed no interest in assisting me, brushed me off, and basically pushed me aside, telling me to contact Copart Member Services instead of offering any real support. I was late by almost 10 minutes for pickup appointment and the manager was rude and almost started talking down to me and in the end he did not give me the car and I had to drive 2 hours and 30 minutes for nothing because I was 10 minutes late due to traffic. None of the other copart locations ever give me as much trouble and attitude as these guys and they are always complaining about something.
