Customer service is a joke. Their Customer service is based in foreign country so your dealing with someone who doesn't care and doesn't understand. It's been a headache trying to getting my deposit back.
If you're going to need help loading something while you're there be sure to ask before you go. You'd think the bigass forklifts could move a 12ft utility trailer but you'd also be sorely mistaken
Staff is very nice and professional. They get you taken care of in a timely manner. And Veronica you always smiling every time I come to office.
My truck was sent there for insurance adjuster to look at when we got the truck back it was beat up worse then when it left some how starter was smashed and front bumper was all smashed up .when it was taken it only had one small spot that had a scratch if your insurance company says its going there don't let it go
