Hello everyone. I really liked this auction because the guys operating the forklifts work very fast, so I didn’t have to wait long for my vehicle. The only downside is that it’s very tight and difficult to turn around with a truck and trailer.
Everyone in the lobby was polite and helpful, busy but handled very well. However my car is being held here for an inspection at this very moment. I went to pick up personal belongings and was missing tools, my dashcam, personal items given to me as gifts and fishing poles. I have contacted the tow yard and asked them to review their footage please do the same.
Great crew they get you in and out quickly and very polite service!
rip off - they automatically put me on auto re-new then i don't use their auction and they charge me $99 & now they say its non-refundable. i haven't used your website. i don't want to renew. give me a refund. this is a rip off. why would they not work with me? i paid them once for the site & never used.
