Unfortunately, my experience at this Copart location was not what I expected from Copart. The vehicle I purchased arrived with parts that did not match the auction listing (different wheels), even though I had sent a friend to inspect the vehicle before the purchase. I also paid for Copart’s own transportation service, and the driver took detailed photos of the vehicle upon delivery — the difference was obvious — yet the issue was never properly resolved. Customer service is a joke. Their Customer service is based in foreign country so your dealing with someone who doesn't care and doesn't understand. It's been a headache trying to getting my deposit back.
