Overall I have had a very good experience at this copart location. After scheduling an appointment to pick up my car, driving on time, even if I can't use my mobile device to mark my self arrived they get me right in and have the title and other paperwork to me in under half half an hour, or much sooner. I have purchased 10+ cars though here and never had any issues with the staff both in office and loaders. Loaders are kind and are willing to listen to how you want your car placed on trailer. Do not plan on getting to see the cars even when you travel! Showed up well within business hours and the general manager randomly just shuts down viewing of them. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even come out to tell all the people waiting why, just stayed in his office and made his front staff do it for him. Terrible management and business practices. If you are going to have the escort practice then do it, otherwise quit wasting people’s time!
The people in the office are clearly not there to help you at all. Sometimes you can pay online and other times they make you drive 5 hours to pay in person. I've dealt with multiple auctions and this auction is by far the worse. The people running the office don't care. They sound annoyed you are trying to pay for your vehicle. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else.
Lately purchased 3 vehicles and all 3 of them were missing the catalytic Converter be careful when you buy and i will be posting video on YouTube about that soon
