I came and asked if I could preview a couple of cars. Instead of kindly informing, the lady with the short red hair decided to act very hostile toward me. There was person in-front of me who she acted very kindly with. When it was my chance to talk to her. She acted very rude. This place is very hostile and the lady with the red hair needs a talking to.

Worst experience, stay away!!
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle auction company. I won a lot on 7/08/2025 at the Lincoln, NE location, and as of today, 8/22/2025, I still have not received the title. This is over a month of waiting for a document that should have been processed promptly. I have spent an insane amount of time trying to resolve this.
