THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!!!!!!!!! Hope you get your stuff out of your car at the prior lot if you have the chance. They stole my husbands Oakleys out of our car! Had to come get stuff out of a totaled vehicle for them to tell me to wait at the gate as they forklift the vehicle up to the gate and 35 minutes go by and still waiting … they’ve pulled up 3 other cars and I’m the only one waiting. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND 6 MINUTES FOR THEM TO PULL THE CAR UP JUST FOR THEM TO HAVE STOLE MY BELONGINGS!

Forced to deal with them due to my vehicle being in a MVC. Took two weeks to get my truck from local lot to even begin the evaluating process to determine whether it was a total loss. This is after claiming they had picked up the vehicle after it'd been in the local lot for days and lying to the insurance company and me in the process. Happened to drive by the lot the same afternoon only to see it still there and the owner of the lot confirmed it.
