Was fast and efficient. The front desk clerk was very friendly and responsive.
Good service as long as you have your app right
Called to ask a quick simple question, it was 10 minutes before their posted closing time and my call was placed on hold with no communication then got hung up on. Absolutely unprofessional, especially since we are going into a long weekend due to the holiday. Crappy customer service. Automated system that transferred me over provided better service considering the actual staff refused to provide any at all.
The staff here is completely unprofessional. Even after I informed them ahead of time that I was coming to pick up my car, I was forced to wait over three hours. The excuse given was that only one worker was available to assist everyone, which is unacceptable. This level of service is beyond disappointing, and I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.
