The sign in was easy using QR code. They texted when a representative was ready for me. They were very helpful and the transaction was completed in 5 minutes. Best part of my day so far.
Was fast and efficient. The front desk clerk was very friendly and responsive.
Good service as long as you have your app right
Called to ask a quick simple question, it was 10 minutes before their posted closing time and my call was placed on hold with no communication then got hung up on. Absolutely unprofessional, especially since we are going into a long weekend due to the holiday. Crappy customer service. Automated system that transferred me over provided better service considering the actual staff refused to provide any at all.
