I contacted this company to sell my mom's car to. Over the phone was somewhat easy and flawless. Bernardo took my call. Gave me a decent quote. But apparently there was something wrong with the VIN said he'd call me back. A couple hours later I got a call but not from the same guy, I guess it was the actual location, instead of the call center. I reiterated everything to the lady.
