Very nice staff . Was helped right away and was offered cold water .
Be Warned!!! Ask SPECIFICALLY were your car is located before taking the time to drive to this place. Our insurance company had our car towed here after an accident. I called Copart twice to ask about getting items out of the car. Neither time did they tell me my car was NOT located here. They neglected to tell me before driving all the way here that my car is in Moapa, NV. This is either the worst customer service ever or they're lying.
The sign in was easy using QR code. They texted when a representative was ready for me. They were very helpful and the transaction was completed in 5 minutes. Best part of my day so far.
Was fast and efficient. The front desk clerk was very friendly and responsive.
