This place is as bad as the Detroit location now. You'll get a bad attitude just for patiently waiting. Wendy is a nightmare to deal with now.
The staff at this location is top notch and very helpful
I really like this place. As a first time buyer I thought it was a really easy process and well laid out. The two women behind the counter were very polite, helpful, and nice to work with. They were on top of everything and explained the process in detail. I have heard stories of other Copart facilities being a less than pleasant experience but that was not the case here. The loader was also a skilled pro who loaded the car on a tow dolly with ease. I would highly recommend purchasing from the Kincheloe facility!
