You know i had a lot of grips. But i must be fair. Business is business. yes i was frustrated with the abrupt change and money lost but ya know what i got to have a beer in Chicago. Would buy the truck again. but would take it to storage next time. they just do the job they got handed. No hard feelings.

I hit a deer with my car. My insurance company said copart would contact me within one business day about towing it to their facility. 4 days went by and i get an email from Renee saying she's been trying to get a hold of me to schedule a tow. I have no missed calls (from anybody), no texts and no other emails from this company. It seemed sketchy to me, like she was trying to cover her ass. So i came here to read the reviews and I'm not surprised that there are so many complaints.
