Got a camper from here, that was a good experience. Unfortunately I didn’t realize they have been charging me a yearly membership fee of $99 dollars for the past 3 years. They are quick
Worst Copart location we’ve ever dealt with. My driver arrived around 12 PM and didn’t leave until 5–5:30 PM — over five hours just to load two cars. The office staff were rude, unprofessional, and had no respect for drivers. Every time my driver asked what was going on, they laughed and made smart comments. One lady even said, “Well, leave and have storage,” and walked away in the middle of the conversation. Very very unhelpful. Arrive early for appointment don't get loaded till hrs after appointment. Ridiculous. If 0 stars was able to be selected it would be common selection
Had to go to retriever personal belongings...very courteous & professional service 🙂
