I hit a deer with my car. My insurance company said copart would contact me within one business day about towing it to their facility. 4 days went by and i get an email from Renee saying she's been trying to get a hold of me to schedule a tow. I have no missed calls (from anybody), no texts and no other emails from this company. It seemed sketchy to me, like she was trying to cover her ass. So i came here to read the reviews and I'm not surprised that there are so many complaints.

Very complicated for appointments. Never enough appointments.I guess there aren't enough employees
Despite the bad reviews on here, Renee was great to deal with and had a great experience overall at copart. Showed up half an hour early for my appointment, whole process took maybe 45 minutes. Got loaded decently quick and went great. Would buy from here again
