My car got hit and was forced to come here. I checked in via the code on the sign. It said 18 mins. Was waiting in the lobby. Some lady came out of the back office and started screaming for everyone to wait outside. She was not nice, had a rude tone from the start. Everyone just started shouting back at her saying “we aren’t going outside”. Never saw a sign saying “wait outside”. The worst customer service I hade ever seen Almost every one
We had to sign in through our phones. My wait time started at 8 minutes, then 16, then 33 to 41. No one was in the lobby. The employees were just sitting there getting paid to do nothing, but tell everyone waiting to stay outside ( in the heat) and wait for a text. Bad customer service. While I was there, I tried calling and got hung up on. One star was to nice.
