Worst customer service. Staff have no desire or skills to resolve simple issues. Prices are astronomical compared with competitor auctions. Guaranteed bad experience. Maggie, the GM, and regional GM don't care when issues come up. They lost my title, didn't have any tracking updates showing post office even receive it, wouldnt admit wrongdoing, and tried to make me pay for a duplicate.
