During one of our driver’s trailer breakdown situations at Copart East Granby, manager was unwilling to assist even with returning the unloaded vehicles back into the yard while repairs were being arranged. Instead, the only solution she repeatedly offered was to call a tow truck. Very disappointing level of professionalism and communication throughout the interaction.
