Awful customer service very rude as well, came to pay for a vehicle and they did not let me pay for it because I wasn't under the buyer number. I came in 3 months ago and paid for a car with my PERSONAL debit card? joke
My driver's pick-up appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. The driver was not loaded until 12pm resulting in a 4 hours delay. When the driver went inside for an update, staff repeatedly said 'soon'. Additionally, the office was unresponsive when I attempted to call for status updates. Very poor service!
