The staff here are really customer centric and pleasant. They address you as soon as you walk through the door. I unfortunately had to clean out my totalled car and on a very unpleasant day I was treated with urgency and kindness. Thank you Copart team! The building is spacious and very clean as well.

Ooohhhh be careful!! They intentionally deceive on their listings to the auction!! My car (that was recently totaled) is posted on there and 1) photos are weird so you can’t see them all clearly 2) they didn’t post video of of engine running - it runs perfectly 3) they did not turn the car fully on to take photo of dashboard - sneaky because obviously lights show on dash for issues that are not there 4) MECHANICAL is put as a secondary issue which is a lie lol AND you can’t see odometer reading and sketchiest of all 5) they ... read more

If your car is getting towed here, REMOVE ALL ITEMS OF VALUE After my collision which totaled the car, I didn't think to remove all of my personal belongings. Sure enough, I had about $400 worth of items stolen out of my vehicle from the yard employees. I'm extremely disappointed and will be following up with legal action. One of the items was a pair of prescription sunglasses - good luck seeing out of them buddy!
