Such a rude and unreliable vendor with terrible communication skills
Make sure your here by the exactly 430 because if your even 2 minutes late they won't load you
Just had one of the worst customer service experiences over the phone with an agent from Copart. She was rude and condescending. Not the person you want working for you. Was going to let it slide but it was such a horrible interraction that I felt it necessary to share.
Hours are 8-5. But make sure you get there 45 minutes! before closing to pick your vechial up. What a waste of time and fuel!
