Just had one of the worst customer service experiences over the phone with an agent from Copart. She was rude and condescending. Not the person you want working for you. Was going to let it slide but it was such a horrible interraction that I felt it necessary to share.
Hours are 8-5. But make sure you get there 45 minutes! before closing to pick your vechial up. What a waste of time and fuel!
Not set up to deal with the public. If you do not pay for their top level access, have a business license and sign a ltd power of attorney letter, you can not view or purchase from them.
