Excellent customer sevice
Several hundred dollars of items stolen from my vehicle by this location. Employees are useless

Visited this location to view a vehicle before bidding. The employees and manager were very accommodating and brought the vehicle to the front for me to inspect for as long as it took.
This site is terrible. Every time you need assistance, the agents just mumble and never say anything concrete. On top of that, they are fraudulent. I purchased a lot that was listed as "runs and drives," and it turns out that since the inspection they already knew it did not work, yet they still placed it under that category. This means that the information the buyer sees is not real.
