Visited this location to view a vehicle before bidding. The employees and manager were very accommodating and brought the vehicle to the front for me to inspect for as long as it took.
This site is terrible. Every time you need assistance, the agents just mumble and never say anything concrete. On top of that, they are fraudulent. I purchased a lot that was listed as "runs and drives," and it turns out that since the inspection they already knew it did not work, yet they still placed it under that category. Vehicle towed to Copart for estimate, and the took everything out of the locked compartments and put it in a trash bag in the back. We were only told to take what you need as it's going to Grenada. OK. No problem. We locked up the glove box and center console. Everything was empty when we got it back. All thrown in a trash bag. Why? ALSO WASNT RETURNED WITH THE LICENSE PLATE. This company wouldn’t even let me get the house key off my totaled car. I had to buy two new keys one for my dorm and my house - each cost me $250. This company is ridiculous and tries to excuse their rude behavior with their policy “we’re not responsible for your belongings” instead of owning up they lost my items.
I’ve had my share of visiting mechanics and copart places- and I have to say this was my worst experience by far with a company. My car was totaled while I was traveling and couldn’t get my items out the vehicle until I got a rental car and time off. My stuff was thrown in the back with several items broken like all my sunglasses. The worse part is I had several missing items.
