The forklift driver ignored me for two hours. When I asked what was going on, he said he couldn’t load motorcycles. Could he at least have stopped by and told me he wasn’t able to load?
This place sucks. I scheduled a pickup for a car that I won. There system is “down” as they are moving offices. So they couldn’t find my confirmation on there end. They told me I had to come back another day. I drove from Bellingham WA to pick up the damn car. Rude customer service. You have to be rude back just to get your way. And to top it off they are charging me storage fees for there mistake.
I want to report several serious inconsistencies with my auction experience. First issue: I bid on a Camaro and won the auction. About five hours later, I received an email saying, “Sorry, the seller decided to keep the vehicle. Thank you for participating.” That makes no sense. If I won, I won. The next day, I participated in another auction. I was bidding on one vehicle and stopped bidding when the price reached $1,800 because that was my limit. Dont not go here you will pay triple if you win an auction there hidden fee are threw the roof and they dont tell you anything not only do you need a 100 monthly sub they will triple the price of the car in stupid nonsense fees ...dont waste your time or money
This company keeps harassing and spamming me with calls and emails. I have asked repeatedly that they leave me alone yet the calls keep coming. I’ve complained to my insurance carrier as well (USAA). I do not consent to your company having my information or contacting me and after REPEATED communications that Copart MAY NOT touch or tow my vehicle; the harassment has not stopped. Predatory spammy and annoying. Go away please. Thank you.
