Stupid rules — they get worse every year. Now they don’t even load from the side. I think next time I come, they’ll say they don’t load at all — new rules.
Worst customer service you can get. Don’t buy from over-priced, horrible customer service (especially these people in Graham location) copart.
This Copart location was enlisted by my insurance to pick up my damaged vehicle from a tow yard and return it to my house. There was a mix-up and it got delivered to their yard. The team at Copart Graham answered my calls and emails immediately with grace and kindness. They worked quickly to resolve the mix-up and get my car delivered to me with NO additional damage. They went out of their way to ensure it wasn't carried by a vehicle lifter and Rob, the Assistant GM was great. Thank you!
The one of the most worse experiences i had, i dont even wanna put one star! Unresponsibility is in high level!
This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life. They send me from person to person, asking me all of the same questions I've already answered, they barely speak English and keep getting my info wrong (like calling my last name Joseph even though I've corrected them multiple times), they give me a low ball offer for my car that I've put nearly $20K into in the last 3 months, and they say they'll have movers contact me to get my title and give me a check, which they didn't do.
