Not kind or nor helpful. I tried verifying if a tag is turned in or invalid but received nothing but attitude in response when asking follow-up questions so that I could have a better understanding of their protocol. Thanks Anna Hope ur day gets better
they wont, or cannot, return the two keys with two key fobs that go with my Harley Davidson. This has a been a process going on 11 months!! Hours spent on the phone have yielded no results. If someone at Copart actually reads this review. I am not going away!! You lost them! you pay to replace them!
The deals are great at copart, but man the customer service is terrible. It seems to be a running theme at copart, I feel like at this point they are intentionally hiring unhappy people on purpose. There are a few locations Ive been to where there are nice people working, but it is far and few between. Is the job that miserable? My son recently had a car brought here, we came to pick up some personal effects that were left in his black Honda Fit. When we got to Copart their was nothing in the car!
I had a terrible experience here. I settled a deal to sell my recently totaled car, and cleared the charges at the collision center so that Copart could pick it up. I was promised a tow within 24-48 hours so I paid storage fees in advance to the collision center to cover the possible 48 hour window. I got concerned when I didn't hear anything that first day so I called in the second day and was told they never scheduled the tow, and couldn'y guarantee a tow that day and the new window was another 24-48 window, which meant m... read more
