There is no human traffic when you want to make payment. The workers are nice and professional, but the general manager is something else, very rude and unprofessional.

This Copart used to be the best place to load cars, now you have to load outside, there is no room for anything, they send you to turn the truck to load with no room at all, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. they don't take out a single car, it fills up so full that later they can't even load yours, be careful bosses should organize more spaces inside for the trucks, it's a total disaster to load here, it has very poor management of this Copart, it makes you not want to come here ever again, it's a disaster, the previous manager ... read more
My car was towed here and they crashed my dash board pulling off a after market radio I had and also put all my personal items in the bed of my truck leaving them in the rain to get ruined. This included my electronics, sunglasses, and personal items. When I told my insurance they reached out and copart rejected to pay for all my damaged and ruined property! Highly unprofessional!
