The supervisor's treatment is unacceptable. I had a very bad experience the last time I was at that Copart. There is no respect for the customers. The forklift operators don't want to work; they'd be better off working in a beauty salon.
I paid for my lot using a debit card, but Copart charged the payment as a credit card transaction, which resulted in significantly higher fees. Before pickup, I called Customer Service and they told me that the issue could be resolved at the location if I just showed my card. However, when I arrived, the yard staff told me to call Customer Service again.
